Intellectual Property Rights and the technologized world: actual scenarios, future challenges and perspectives.

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno – author of Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre publisher – has been selected amongst all the other Giuffrè’s authors as professional in charge of drafting an academic contribution to celebrate the 50th International World IP Day, celebration provided for the next April 26th, 2020. In this article-interview Prof. Del Ninno discusses about the IP history, its evolution and development through times and makes remarks about the actual scenarios for IP, including the future challenges and perspectives in light of a more and more technologized world.
