GDPR and security measures: technical fulfilments in case of data breach.

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno participates to the fifth training day within the Workshop on GDPR (EU General Regulation no. 679/2016, applicable starting from May 25th, 2018).

The lecture shall be focused on the following issues: 1) practical implementation of articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR on data breach, in light of the recent Guidelines enacted by the EU WP Authorities; 2) handling of the data breach register; 3) relationship between the GDPR and the EU Regulation 611/2013 on data breach; 4) advantages of codes of conduct 5) the sanctions.
