The Guidelines on Transparency WP 260 under Regulation 679/2016.

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno attended on November 30th, 2018 to the GDPR Data protection Workshop organized in Milan by Paradigma S.p.A., focused on the practical implementation of the execution rules of the GDPR as set forth in the Guidelines enacted by the European Data Protection Board.

Prof. Del Ninno hold a lecture focused on transparency as applied to: (a) drafting and release of the Information Notice according to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR; (b) communication to interested subjects of occurred data breaches in light of art. 34 of the GDPR; (c) management of privacy rights requests according to articles 12 and from 15 to 22 of the GDPR.
