Conference "Privacy Compliance"
Within this conference "Privacy Compliance" Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno held a lecture focused on the privacy recourses (both administrative and judicial) following data protection rules breaches.
The lecture also goes in-depth with the new criminal and civil sanctions as set forth in the GDPR and in the new Italian Data Protection Code.
Particular attention has been dedicated to the practical relantionship between unfulfilments and risks of recourse for compensation for damages related to data processing as well as the criminal sanctions for the new crimes now provided by the Italian Data Protection Code.
