Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno held a lecture focused on the legal framework related to the journalistic profession on line, between personal data protection and right to information.
Particular attention has been dedicated to the so called right to oblivion on line, in light of the recent rulings thereof as enacted by the EU Court of Justice, highlighting the practical prerequirements to manage the delisting requests (when accepting and when not).
A case history on the right to oblivion as applied in the Italian Jurisprudence and within the Italian Data Protection Authority's decisions have been also discussed.
