In the Conference "GDPR and sanctions", organized by the Turin Bar Association, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno shall hold the lecture entitled "Data Protection crimes within the Italian Data Protection Code coordinated with the GDPR".

The lecture goes in-depth by analysing the subjective and objective elements of the new data protection crimes as introduced in the national data protection legal framework by the legislative decree no. 101/2018 for the coordination of the Italian Data Protection Code with the GDPR.
