Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno held a lecture within the Conference “Managing the personnel and the human resources’ personal data within the Phase 2 of the COVID-19 emergency” focusing on the data protection compliance when gathering employees’ personal health data for labour restarting purposes. Particular focus has been dedicated to: instructions to the company’s authorized persons; employment of social distancing app or bracelets as acquired by the employer; carrying out of epidemiological screening; management of new hotbeds discovered in the workplaces.
