Alessandro del Ninno discusses the lecture "Accountability and risk-based approach: organizational, technical and security measures for the protection of personal data" during the training seminar organized by Formazione ITA. In the course of the seminar held, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno went in-depth with articles 5 and 24 of the GDPR from an applicative and practical perspective, illustrating what the principle of accountability and the risk-based approach mean in setting the correct data processing policies. In this perspective, the main institutes and obligations of the GDPR have therefore been analyzed: from the Register of processing activities, to the DPIA up to the management processes of personal data breaches.
