Filing by collecting health data of the population: scenarios and rules in the light of the emergency rules for the CoViD 19.

As part of the XXVIII edition of the National e-Privacy Conference «CoViD 1984» Pandemic, technocontrol and social profiling, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno discussed his lecture entitled "Filing by collecting health data of the population: scenarios and rules in the light of the emergency rules for the CoViD 19 ". The discussion highlighted risks associated with the massive collection of citizens' health. In particular, in this perspective, the main law-decrees issued by the Italian Government during the pandemic emergency were analyzed, highlighting rules, passages and interpretations of the regulatory texts that provide for the collection of citizens' health data and that may constitute the source of a pervasive control of the population.
