Employees' personal data processing: organizational obligations and data protection policies in the light of the GDPR and of the Italian Data Protection Code.

During this workshop, lasting 8 hours, Prof. Alessandro del Ninno analyzed the main data protection obligations regarding the entire life cycle of the employment relationship (recruitment, contracting and insertion, relationship management, etc.).

Particular attention was also paid to data protection profiles related to the regulation of the use of working monitoring tools and the application of the law rules on employees' remote controls.
