Figures, roles and responsibilities in the processing of personal data: the data protection subjects.

During the lecture hold within the "Data Protection Maestro", Prof. Alessandro del Ninno dedicated four hours to the illustration of the characteristics, the role, the specific obligations in charge of all data protection subjects as a center for the legal imputation of rights and duties. If particular attention has been paid to the main figures (Data Controller, Data Processor, DPO) and above all to the practical implications deriving from their relationship (also in the light of Guidelines 7/2020 of the European Committee for the Protection of Personal Data on the Concepts of Data Controller and Data Processor), the lecture has also included all other subjects that are taken into account in the GDPR: from the data subject to the Representative established in the EU; from the "third party" to the "recipient", up to the examination of the role of the national authorities for the protection of personal data.
