The application of the data protection legislation within companies: practical and operational aspects.

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno carried out a two-day workshop as a basic course suitable for providing an overall picture of how to apply the data protection legislation, evaluating the main operational implications and the most widespread problems relating to its application in modern business contexts.

The approach adopted focused on:

• implementation scenarios of Regulation 679/2016 two years after its entry into force;
• practical profiles of the data protection obligations in the company;
• correct identification of data protection roles within the company;
• setting of personal data processing policies;
• what are the sanctioning risks in terms of sanctions, civil and criminal liabilities.
