The data protection practical fulfilments within the employment relationship.

Alessandro del Ninno is lecturer and sole speaker at the 8-hour Workshop organized by Optime S.r.l. to provide a global, comprehensive and operational examination of the application to the processing of workers' data of the data protection legislation (GDPR and the Italian Data Protection Code, in addition to the applicable national General Deliberations of the Italian Data Protection Authority and the Guidelines issued by the European Data Protection Board).

During the workshop, the main data protection obligations relating to the entire life cycle of the employment relationship are analyzed (recruitment, contracting and insertion, relationship management, termination, etc.).

Particular attention is paid to current criticalities in the processing of workers' data (pandemic emergency management, smart working, workers' vaccinations, internal company protocols, tracking, emergency legislation).
