In this professional training course for journalists, organized by the Roman Press Association, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno examines the current and future scenarios of the journalist's profession and deontology in light of the current phenomena called fake news and deep fakes as risks for the truthfulness of the information sources. In his lecture, Prof. Avv. Del Ninno frames the two respective phenomena, analyzes the current regulatory proposals that can be found in the regulatory sources and highlights the possible technological solutions, including content filtering and analysis techniques for identifying fake news, videos, reproductions and contents.
