Employees' personal data processing: organizational obligations and data protection policies in the light of the GDPR, of the Italian Data Protection Code and of the latest regulatory news.

During this 8-hour Workshop, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzed the main data protection requirements relating to the entire life cycle of the employment relationship (recruitment, contracting and insertion, relationship management, distance controls, termination, etc.).

Particular attention was also paid to current regulatory legal news, with reference to the updated rules on smart working, Green Pass, obligations and controls on the vaccination of  employees, etc., in the light of latest government decrees and practical indications regarding the processing of  employees' sensitive data.

Among the other important news examined during the Workshop, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno illustrated the new rules on the processing of judicial data as set forth in the draft decree of the Minister of Justice, soon to be adopted pursuant to article 2-octies of the Italian Data Proptection Code.
