Employees' personal data processing: organizational obligations and data protection policies in the light of the GDPR, of the Italian Data Protection Code and of the latest regulatory news.

During the 8-hour Workshop, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyzed the main data protection requirements with regard to the entire life cycle of the employment relationship (recruitment, contracting and induction, relationship management, remote controls, termination, etc.).

Particular attention was also paid to current events, with reference to updated regulations on smart working, digital work, the Transparency Decree (Legislative Decree 104/2022), treatment of workers' health data in light of the residual regulations in force after the pandemic emergency, as well as on the treatment of data related to convictions, crimes and security measures contained in the Minister of Justice's draft decree, soon to be adopted under Article 2-octies of the Privacy Code.
