Patients' health data processing: organizational and practical aspects.
Prof. Alessandro del Ninno held a lecture which points out the organizational and practical aspects related to patients' health data processing. The applicable law framework as per the Italian Data Protection Code and according to the mandatory rules set forth within the Italian Data Protection Authority's General Deliberations in the Health Sector is also outlined.
Further, the lecture points out the proper guarantees to be adopted for the protection of patients' privacy.
