From the Italian Data Protection Code to the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016: which practical fulfillments for the companies.
In this conference Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno has outlined to the companies associated to the Association of Manufacturers of Vicenza (Confindustria Vicenza) the practical implications and the operational needs implied by the appliction - starting from May 25, 2018 - of the new General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016.
