Digital heritage: to whom do you leave the keys of your life?

The Conference is focused on the legal, ethical and scientific aspects of the sensitive matters arisen with the ICT technologies.

The University promotes a discussion between Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno, Prof.ssa Barbara Pasa, Prof. Giovanni Ziccardi and Prof.ssa Carmelita Camardi in order to go in-depth with the issues related to data processing on digital networks referred to deceased persons: what means, how to handle the data, what kind of choices for a correct use of the data?

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno holds a lecture entitled The rules on data processing related to deceased individuals, from the Italian Data Protection Code to the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
