Processing of personal data for journalistic purposes: right to privacy and chronicle.

Training Course organised by the National Order of Journalists and by the Roman Press Association - Rome, 20 October, 2017.

The training Course analyzes the sensitive relationship between the right to inform, the right to chronicle and the right to privacy when personal data are processed for journalistic purposes, in light of the current data protection legal frameowrk and in the perspective of the soon-to-be EU General Data Protection Regulation, applicable as of May 25th, 2018.

Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno holds a lecture related to the specific issues and matters arisen from the so called "right to be forgotten" on line.
