Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno has attended - as sole guest - the radio programme entitled "Labour Square" broadcasted on Aprile 13, 2015 by the Radio Article 1 of the Italian Labour General Confederation, where he has answered to questions related the employees' privacy in light of the rules set forth within the Italian Labour Statute, the Jobs Act and the Italian Data Protection Authority's General Decisions thereof.
