Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno – author of Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre publisher – has been selected amongst all the other Giuffrè’s authors for this interview to celebrate the 50th International World IP Day, celebration provided for the next April 26th, 2020. In this interview Prof. Del Ninno discusses about the IP history, its evolution and development through times and remarks about the actual scenarios for IP Rights, including the future challenges and perspectives in light of a more and more technologized world.
