AgID: Regulation on the criteria for the provision of IT document storage services adopted.

The Agency for Digital Italy has adopted the Regulation on the criteria for the provision of IT document storage services which is integrated and part of the "Guidelines for the training, management and storage of IT documents" that will enter in force starting from January 1st, 2022. With the entry into force of the Regulation and the simultaneous repeal of the AgID Circular 65/2014, the accreditation system for registrars is repealed (in fact, the EU Commission has considered accreditation an illegitimate obstacle the free circulation of IT services in the territory of the Union).
