Italian Digital Agency: report on monitoring the accessibility of national websites and apps sent to the European Commission.
Italy has sent the report on monitoring the accessibility of national websites and apps to the European Commission, as required by Directive 2016/2102.
The work made it possible to obtain timely, unpublished and very useful data not only for AgID but for all the stakeholders involved in the process of designing, developing and maintaining sites and apps, both public and private. In fact, knowing, with reasonable precision, which are the most recurring errors on sites and apps can urge competent administrators and developers to check their digital services, in order to progressively reduce their criticalities.
This information collected by AgID also allows us to understand how to intervene on continuous training at 360 degrees, one of the next challenges for improving skills.
