EU Commission: Call for submissions for second GDPR report.
The European Commission has launched a call for contributions in preparation for its second report on the evaluation of the Regulation, as required by Article 97. You can participate through the dedicated portal.
The first report was very interesting, but neglected as it was presented in the midst of a pandemic. All interested parties (civil society, companies, professionals) are invited to submit - until 8 February - their views on all aspects of GDPR implementation.
The Commission's report is scheduled for adoption in Q2 2024.
