OECD: Covid 19, published a Report on privacy gaps in contact tracing apps.
A new report published by the Council of Europe identifies a number of gaps in the protection of privacy and personal data in the legal and technical measures adopted by some governments of 55 African, Latin American and European countries that adhere to "Convention 108" on data protection to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
