In this article published by the on line magazine Key4Biz Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno analyses the Police’s Press Release as of March 18^th, 2020 which pointed out- with reference to the new self-certification model issued by the Minister for Intera Affairs – that only the papery version  is valid according to the law. On the contrary, with this article it is clarified the various law rules allowing the full validity of a digital self-certification model.
