In this article Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno goes in-depth with the practical application of article 6 of the Law-decree 28/2020 introducing the rules on the national tracing system for contain the COVID-19 emergency. Alessandro del Ninno points out seven criticalities, corresponding to seven questions made to the Minister of Health as Data Controller of the whole national tracing system, based on the national public platform provided by the State's company Sogei S.p.A. and on the related contact tracing app "Immuni".
