Alessandro del Ninno holds a lecture which analyzes the sensitive relationship between the right to inform, the right to chronicle and the right to privacy when personal data are processed for journalistic purposes, in light of the current data protection legal frameowrk as introduced by the EU General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016, the coordinated Italian Data Protection Code, the Ethics rules and the Internet.
