In this 4-hour professionalizing workshop, Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno explained profiles and data protection requirements related to the role of the Digital Document Preservation Officer. In particular, the relationships between the Digital Administration Code, the AgID Guidelines and data protection law rules were explored. Particular attention was paid to contract profiles and the outsourcing requirements to qualify for AgID's Marketplace as external entity under Annex B to Regulation 2022 containing the Guidelines on the formation, management and preservation of electronic documents.
