In this article, related to the use in a school of electronic bracelets as "wearable" for minors (4-6 years) e personnel in order to check the compliance with the inter-social distance provided by the laws, Prof. Avv. Alessandro Del Ninno highlights the data protection and labour criticalities of these bracelets (and the related app for at a distance monitoring) in light of the data protection rules and of the prohibition provided by the labour law rules to monitor the employees.
