In the interview broadcasted on January 13, 2022 on Radio London One - the first radio station for Italians living and working in the United Kingdom - Prof. Avv. Alessandro del Ninno illustrated the current rules on the so-called "right to disconnect", mentioned in article 19 of the law on agile work (n. 81/2017) and recognized as a real subjective right - for the first time, to smart workers for the entire period of the emergency - by the law May 6, 2021, n. 61 converting into law the law decree as of March 13th, 2021, n. 30 containing "Urgent measures to tackle the spread of Covid-19 and support interventions for workers with minor children in distance learning or quarantine", which entered into force starting from May 13, 2021.
