Attorney Alessandro del Ninno, acting as data controller, will process the personal data entered in the contact form solely for the purposes of reviewing the enquiry, contacting the data subject, providing the information requested and, where appropriate, assessing whether to accept a professional engagement.
The processing is based on taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where the enquiry is submitted by a contact person on behalf of a company, public body or other organisation, the processing is based on the legitimate interest in managing the enquiry and the related professional relationship, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data marked as mandatory are necessary in order to process and respond to the enquiry. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to review the request or provide a response. The data will not be used for marketing or profiling purposes.
The data may be processed by authorised persons and by technical service providers appointed, where appropriate, as processors. The data will not be made available to the general public. Where the enquiry does not result in a professional engagement or another professional relationship, the data will ordinarily be erased within 90 days of the last substantive communication, unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with legal obligations, carry out conflict-of-interest checks or protect a legal right.
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
